Please note that this is just generally what we do for most clients, and that when you contact us we will customize the process to fit your needs. On average this entire process takes 1-3 weeks to complete. But if you are in a rush we can accomodate you. Prices for this entire process can start at as low as $500. If certain parts are excluded the price can be lowered.
Step 1: Once you have contacted us, we will discuss what you are looking for, how much you are looking to spend, approximate costs, a timeframe to get things completed in, etc. We will ask you questions about your business, figure out who your target market is, and determine what your main goals are.
Step 2: Once we have an idea of your target market and know what you would like to achieve (ex. tripling your customers) we will do some research and get back to you within 24 hours. Based on this research (often in demographics, marketing trends, neuroscience, etc.) we will suggest the best avenues to reach your target market and achieve your goals. We will explain each one of these avenues, tell you associated costs and labour required, discuss the pros and cons, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: We will then begin to work on launching your business across the web. Usually we start by designing a professional website for your business, based on neuroscience principles that let us design in a way that attracts and retains customers. Within a few days to a week we will show you numerous "layouts" (pictures of possible websites), and discuss the pros and cons of each one with you. You can either pick one of the layouts, ask that we mix two or more together, or have us present another set if you are unhappy with them all. We will then turn the layout into a website, and most likely set up an email account, facebook, twitter, google+ and blog for you, as well as any other avenues and social media outlets you decide to utilize (we will have discussed many possible options).
Step 4: Once we have all your avenues of communication set up, we will test them all on mutliple computers and browsers so that we can be sure every person on the web is experiencing the same thing. Next we will help you optimize these avenues so that they are reaching as many individuals as possible.
Step 5: With a website, and various other methods of communication (like facebook, twitter, google+, blogs, youtube, etc) set up, we will help you launch an online campaign to make people aware that you exist. We will explain the benefits, problems, and costs associated with many different ways to advertise online, and suggest the best way to accomplish your goals while staying within your budget (which we will have discussed in step one). Many of our advertising methods cost nothing and rely on social media techniques, so we will explain how those work and determine if you would like to use them. We will help design advertisements for you, help implement advertisements that you have already had created, and help you discover new possibilities.
Step 6: Once you have launched an online advertising campaign to attract customers, you will need to maintain and update your website and social media pages every once in a while. Further, you may need to set up e-blasts (e-mails with graphics sent out every few weeks), or other multimedia. We can either teach you how to do this, so that you are able to do it yourself, or we can do this for you at a very low cost (each time having part of the cost go towards a non-profit). We will also help you keep track of advertisements and your online advertising campaigns to ensure that their potential is being maximized.
Step 7: By now you will have an e-presence, and multiple new clients discovering what your business has to offer. With all your new found success you might discover the funds to expand even further, gathering more clients and customers, building a brand name, and becoming well known across the web. We can help you do this by updating your site with new intuitive features, keeping you up to date with the latest trends, marketing tactics, and opportunities, and presenting you with many more options for success.
